Barbara:    If we would make an conscious effort to monitor our thoughts from the moment we wake up in the morning till we go to bed in the evening for just one day we would be amazed about all the little and big things we tell ourselves. We are incredible storytellers and we believe what we think. Don Miguel Ruiz explains this beautifully in his books- about all the lies we take in as truth. Maybe you can set aside some time each day to reflect on your thoughts and find out what is really true and what is an assumption and even more- a lie.
